William was born November 28, 1854 in Tennessee.
On September 16, 1874 he obtained a marriage license to wed C. L. Fine and the marriage was performed on October 1, 1874 in Rhea County, Tennessee. [1][2]
W. Owen, his wife Catherine and their five children are enumerated on the 1900 Civil District 3, Rhea, Tennessee census. He is listed as being 47 years of age and born September 1853.[3]
He passed away March 27, 1926 in Rhea County, Tennessee. William was laid to rest in Wolf Creek Cemetery, Spring City, Rhea, Tennessee. [4]

The findagrave memorial for William Owen Fisher lists his date of birth as November 28, 1854 but the 1900 census lists his date of birth as Sep 1853.[3]
