Biography
Virginia was born 18 May 1879 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Adam Fisher and Bernice Wilson.[1]
In 1880, Lilly was living with her parents and siblings in the Morning Star community of Mecklenburg County.[2]
Lilly married Andrew Hoover Hipp on 16 September 1896 in Mecklenburg County. She died 9 Sep 1954 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County and was buried at Forest Lawn West Cemetery in Charlotte.[3]
