Margaret was born about 1695. She was the daughter of Thomas Fisher and Margery Maude. She was named after her paternal grandmother Margaret Hindle Fisher.

In 1716, her marriage to Joseph Booth was announced at the Duck Creek Monthly Meeting in Kent County, Delaware.

In 1721, Margaret's sister Elizabeth (Fisher) Eyre left a bequest to Margaret.

She died after 1721.
