Biography

Deborah Fisher was born 24 February 1661, the daughter of Anthony Fisher and Joanna Faxon of Dedham, Norfolk, Massachusetts^{[1] [2]}

On 20 October 1679, she married James Fales, the son of James Fales II and Ann (Brock) Fales of Dedham^{[3] [4]}. ^[5], and they had children, including:

1. James, born August 13, 1680, whose wife's name is not known^[5]
2. Samuel, born December 29, 1683, who predeceased his father^[5]. His wife was Abigail Elderkin
3. Stephen, who married Anna, and then Abigail (Brackett) Eaton^[5]
4. Timothy, born August 18, 1690^[6], who graduated from Harvard, and married Alethea, the daughter of the Honourable Nathaniel Paine^[5]
5. Nehemiah, who married Mary Carew^[5]
6. Nathaniel^[5]
7. Deborah, who married Matthew Barnard of Boston^[5]
8. David, born 1702, who married Mary Metcalf and then married Mrs. Mary Damon^[5]

Deborah (Fisher) Fales died some time after James wrote his will, Mar 4, 1742, likely in Massachusetts.
