DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Francis by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Francis:

Is there enough evidence to add the Quaker tag to his profile?

All records show first name as Francis, not Francisco. Will change unless someone has a source showing it is Francisco. Also. he was still alive at the time of the 1800 census so DOD of 1791 also appears to be on error.

I agree. It appears that there is no evidence for Francisco.

I agree, although this profile has his first name as Francisco instead of Francis. I'm very curious about the source of that.
