To son Thomas at 21 the remainder of said tract being about 100 acres with the buildings subject to provision for wife Elizabeth and payment of £10 to son Francis and £5 to daughter Mary at 20. To daughter Elizabeth wife of Jos. Wilkinson, a colt, contingent legacies of £5 each to sons William and James. Executors: wife Elizabeth and son Samuel. Witnesses: Wm. Pim, Thos.
