A touching and appropriate address was made by Rabbi Benson, Dr. Rosenau being absent in the cast. The services were attended by a large assembly of the relatives and friends of the deceased.
Although Mr. Fisher was a very quiet and unassuming man, he had a great many warm friends, and the expressions of sorrow on the part of these who knew him were universal. The floral tributes presented by friends, and particularly those sent by employes of Max Meyer Bros. & Co.'s establishment, were strikingly appropriate and beautiful.
The interment took place at Pleasant Hill cemetery, whither the funeral cortege was followed by a long procession of carriages.
