Private Samuel Fisk served with Hampshire County, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Samuel Fisk was born in Upton, Massachusetts in 1759. He married Rebecca Fiske, his cousin. Samuel died 14 May 1828.[1]
Samuel served in the American Revolution. He was a private in Captain John Well's company from Sherburne in September and October 1777.[2][3]
Samuel's estate passed probate on 9 May 1825.[4]
