Samuel Fisk was born in Upton, Massachusetts in 1759. He married Rebecca Fiske, his cousin. Samuel died 14 May 1828.[1]

Samuel served in the American Revolution. He was a private in Captain John Well's company from Sherburne in September and October 1777.[2][3]

Samuel's estate passed probate on 9 May 1825.[4]
