Geoffrey Fiske, son of Geoffrey Fiske and his first wife, was born about 1472, in Laxfield, Suffolk. Geoffrey was, for many years, referred to by genealogists , incorrectly, as "Richard". In his later life, Geoffrey was referred to as Geoffrey Fiske the Elder, to distinguish him from his son Jeffrey. He married Alice Dalling and had children. His date of death is unknown[1] as no will has been found for him.

  3. Jeffrey, born c. 1509, buried 29 April 1591, married Christian Crispe[1]
  4. George, born c. 1512, died before 7 April 1593, married Anne Dowsing and had issue[1]
  5. Nicholas, born c. 1515, died before 28 September 1569, married Joan Crispe and had issue[1]
  6. John, born c. 1518, died before 25 February 163/4, married Margaret Crispe and left issue[1]
  7. Robert, born c. 1521, died before 28 July 1602, married first Sybil (Gold) Barber and second to Joan _____, had issue[1]
  8. Richard, born c. 1524, died before 5 November 1572, married Agnes Crispe and had issue[1]
  9. 3 unnamed sons who likely died young[1]

From Moriarty: "Geoffrey, probably of Shalbrook [?], 149-, of Laxfield, 1524, 1535, named as a legatee (6s. 8d. and a brass pan) in his mother's will and mentioned in his father's will, b. about 1474; living in 1536, when he and his son John Fiske, as residuary legatees and executors of the will of Sir John Fyske of Laxfield [priest], dated 2 Oct. 1535 (Will No. 18), proved that will; m. -----. Children: 1. John, living in 1536. Probably other children."[2]
