Elisha Fitch was born March 6, 1719, in Norwichtown, New London Connecticut Colony, the eldest child of Jabez Fitch and his wife Anna [Knowlton] [1] Elisha married Mary Mix on 6 Mar 1749/50 at Norwich, New London, Connecticut [2] Children of Elisha and Mary include:
- Lucy Fitch, born February 25, 1750, in Norwichtown, New London, Connecticut [3] married January 8, 1767, Thomas Prentice, Jr. of Stonington, New London Connecticut [4]
- Silas Fitch, born July 5, 1752, in Norwchtown, New London Connecticut [5]
