Biography

Mary Fitz-Clarence was born on 7 August 1877. She was the daughter of Captain Hon. George Fitz-Clarence and Lady Maria Henrietta Scott.

Her father passed away in 1894.

Census 31 Mar 1901: Beauford Gardens, Kensington, London, Middlesex, England. Mary was aged 23 and living with her mother, sister Annette and five servants.

She married Maj.-Gen. Frederick Drummond Vincent Wing (son of Major Vincent Wing and Gertrude Elizabeth Fletcher-Vane) on 5 October 1905 at St George Hanover Square, London, England. They had one daughter; Gertrude Iris.

Mary's husband Frederick was Killed in Action in the 1st World War.

Mary passed away on 9 February 1939 at age 61.
