Biography

Ellen FitzWilliam married Sir John de Longvillers, son of Eudes de Longvillers/Lunguellers and Clemence Malherbe, before 1229. They had 2 sons & 2 daughters:[1][2]

  1. Sir John
  2. William
  3. Agnes, wife of Thomas de Pennington, & of Thomas de Greystoke
  4. Clemence, wife of a Mr. de Meynell).

Ellen FitzWilliam died after 1262.[1]

The ‘before 1229’ marriage date should be ‘before 1220’ to match up with the birth dates of her daughter and son, but this would make her age 13 if her birth date is 1207. Not impossible but needs verification
