Lady Emily Maria Margaret Fitzgerald was born on 15 March 1751 (1752 according to de Vlieger). She was the daughter of Lt. Gen. James Fitzgerald, 1st Duke of Leinster and Lady Emilia (Lennox) Fitzgerald.
She married Charles Coote, 1st Earl of Bellamont, son of Charles Coote and Prudence Geering, on 20 August 1774 at Black Rock, County Dublin, Ireland. There were five children born of this marriage.[1]
She died on 8 April 1818 at age 67 at Penzance, Cornwall, England.[2][3][4]
