Mary Fitzgerald was born in Illinois, most likely about 1854(Estimate - see research notes)^[1]^[2]

Mary and Richard Lewis (abt.1850-bef.1954) married about 1850 -1854 (Estimated as abt. age 20 if she married and had a daughter born abt. 1874).^[1]^[2].

Daughter, Flora E (Lewis) Darnell (abt.1875-1964), was born on 30 Dec 1874, and on 22 Feb 1893, she married James Darnell in Kane County, Illinois^[2].

Research Notes

No BMD sources have been found

I had to "really stretch" the only 2 sources that mentioned parents. ... Flora's marriage record names James Randolph Darnell and Florence Fitzgerald as her parents. The 1900 US census referenced where the parents had been born.
