1808 Dennis & William Fitzhugh, infants VS Anderson, Taliaferro, Meredith & Others

William Fitzhugh of "Marimon" King George County, dec'd by will dated 1798 proved Jun 1791 survived by wife Hannah & his eldest son John Fitzhugh to whom he bequeathed all negros which he had lend him 18-20 years ago to be divided among his two eldest sons. now living by his present wife.

John Ftizhugh had lived in Caroline Co 1784-86 & Amherst Co 1787-88 & was dead by 1796, survived by wife Lucy mother of these two oldest sons Dennis & Wm Fitzhugh who are infants.

Mentioned in the suit: William Redd who lived at "Marimon" 1766-1769 & in 1772 at his own plantation in Caroline.
