Benjamin was born about 1744. Benjamin was the child of Joseph Fitzpatrick and Mary Perrin Woodson. Benjamin passed away in 1821. ^[1]

Benjamin Fitzpatrick was married twice. He and first wife Mary Perkins had the following children: Constantine Perkins Fitzpatrick, Benjamin (James) Fitzpatrick, and Frances (Fannie) Fitzpatrick.

Benjamin Fitzpatrick married 2) Sarah Jones (9 Jan 1761, VA - 1833, Buckhead, Morgan, Georgia) on 8 Apr 1784 in Fluvanna, VA. She was daughter of Capt. Edmond Jones and wife Sarah Alston.

Benjamin passed away 13 Nov 1821^[5] in Morgan County, Georgia. His grave appears to have had a more modern tombstone erected (per the photo on FindAGrave), with the inscription as follows:

Sacred To The memory of Benja. Fitzpatrick Who departed this life Nov. The 13th, 1821 In the 75th year of his Age. Remember youth I once was young. But three score and 15 years has come. And unto my grave I must go. Prepare my friends for another world.
