Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1797. She is the daughter of William Fitzpatrick, (1744, Virginia , - 1823, Jasper Co, Georgia) and Cecelia Ann Phillips, (23 Feb 1753, Greene Co, Georgia , - 1809, Greene Co, Georgia).

Elizabeth married William J Harwell in 1810. These are their known children:

  1. Sarah Harwell Williams,
  2. William Rush Harwell,
  3. John Elzie Harwell, (Migrated to Texas in 1855 and with his wife Eliza Ann Freeman founded a large extended Harwell family that thrives to this day. )
  4. Lucy Roans Harwell, and
  5. Green Harwell.

Elizabeth passed away in 1858. It is believed that she is buried at Beech Springs Memorial Cemetery, Neshoba County, Mississippi, USA. Plot: Unknown. Probably had a slab headstone in the large empty area that has since fallen over.
