William FitzWilliam of Mablethorpe (bur. 01 Apr 1597 Withern),[1] was sheriff of Lincoln in 22 Eliz. I, c. 1580.[2]

William married twice. His first wife was Elizabeth Tyrwhitt. He remarried to the widow Dorothy Bulthropp.
