Timothy Joseph Flanagan was born on 31 Dec 1916 in Colorado. He was the son of Theodore "Ted" Flanagan and Gladys Von Tilborg. He was named after his paternal grandfather Timothy Joseph Flanagan Sr, who died five months before he was born.
Circa 1921, Timothy (5), his parents and his younger sister Dolores (2) left Colorado for a short time in Wyoming. His sister Mary Gladys was born here. They then settled in Arizona. In 1930, Timothy (13) lived at 430 South Montezuma Street in Prescott, Yavapai with Ted (40), Gladys (34), Dolores (11), Mary G (8) and Theodore Jr (4). His father was a circulation manager for a newspaper[1].
By 1940, Timothy (23) had moved out of his family home and lived nearby at 119 Goodwin Street in Yavapai. He worked as a cowboy on a ranch with Melvin R Gardner (33). They were lodgers in the home of Robert A Orr (42)[2].
Timothy (29) married Josephine Mary Bernice Ragen (25) on 29 Dec 1945.
Timothy Joseph Flanagan died on 2 Nov 1995 in Stanislaus, California. He was seventy eight years old[3].
