Biography
Thomas Elkannah Flanary Jr was born 1722 in Appalachian, North Carolina Colony[1] , His father Thomas Elkanah Flanary Sr was 57 and his mother, Rebecca Newton was 50. He died 1782 in Kaskaskia, Randolph, Illinois.[1]
