Biography
William was born in 1782 at Louisa County, Virginia. He died in 1873 at Fluvanna Co VA. [1]
William's War of 1812 pension application files contains the marriage record for his second marriage to Ann Hughson. It names his place of birth as Louisa County and his parents as James and Phoebe Flanagan - see page 54 of his application.
