Theryl was born in 1919. She was the daughter of John Fleming and Romaine Blaxsten. She passed away in 2016.
Theryl Fleming Albaugh, age 97, of Cumming, GA and formerly of Union Bridge, died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at her home. Born June 28, 1919 on the Slingluff Farm, New Windsor, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Romaine Ethel Blacksten Fleming. She was the wife of the late William "Ted" Thomas Albaugh, who predeceased her in 2000. Mrs. Albaugh was a 1936 graduate of Elmer Wolfe School and completed her nurse's training at Maryland General Hospital, Baltimore. She was formerly employed with Union Bridge Sewing Factory and then worked for Dr. J. H. Caricofe in his first office. In 2005 she moved to Cumming and was a member of The First Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking cakes for weddings and sewing her own clothes. Surviving are daughter, Mary Margaret Cain of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, R. Wayne and Sue Albaugh of Westminster; two granddaughters, Michelle Esser of Philadelphia, PA and Debbie Poling of Littlestown, PA; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Charlotte Sipe of Union Bridge. She was predeceased by a sister, Derma Keefer. A private graveside service will be held in Pipe Creek Cemetery, near Linwood. There will be no public visitation. [1]
