She was the daughter of William Fleming and Unknown Unknown; and lived at Claggan (probably, Pomeroy parish, County Tyrone) as of 1872.
On 8 October 1872 at Carland Presbyterian Church, she married David Frazer of Ballynasollus, son of David Frazer, farmer.

The family had moved to Belfast by 1901.
She passed away 4 April 1909 age 62, married, at 98 Hillman Street, Belfast. Informed by Lizzie Frazer, daughter, same address.
