Alexander Thomas Menzies Fleming was born on 18 November 1890 in Balclutha, Otago, New Zealand as the son of David Thomas Fleming and Emelia Menzies[1].
He married Rona Ngaio Thompson on 19 June 1923 in New Zealand[2].
He died on 18 October 1984 in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand[3].
He was cremated[4].
