Biography
Charles Elphinstone Fleming was born to Rev. Harloe Fleming and his wife Cordelia on June 28th 1846 in Ireland. [1] He came to Canada in 1865. [2] Charles and Hannah Jessie Macklem were married on the 14th of June 1882.[3] They lived in Toronto where he died 28 March 1923. [4]
