Henry Fleshman was born on 10 Oct 1814 in Greeenbrier, Virginia. HE married Mary Elizabeth Thompson in 1840. Children: Robert Moses, Abram T, Martha A, John G, Rebecca Francis, Lucy Ellen, Susan C, Samuel H, Betty Caroline. He died on 10 May 1889 at Little Sewell Mountain, Greenbrier, West Virginia.
In 1850, Mary, born about 1822, was living with husband Henry Fleshman and children Ro M (7), Abraham T (5), Martha A (3) and infant Lucy E. The familly was living in Greenbrier, Virginia.[1] The family remained farming in the same county in 1860. Children at home were: Moses (18), Abram (15), Martha (14), Lucy (11), John (6) and Francis (3).[2]
On February 24, 1863 at Greenbrier, West Virginia, 47 year old Henry Fleshman, a widow, married 25 year old Frances Lusher.[3]
In 1870, Henry and wife Francis were farming at Meadow Bluff in Greenbrier, West Virginia. Children at home were John G (16), Sarah P (13), Susan C (10) and Samuel H (6).[4]
