Biography
Frances was born in 1842.
In the 1851 Census she is living with her mother Elizabeth and father Benjamin and two much older brothers in Bentinck St, Marylebone.
She married George Spicer when only just 18, at Marylebone, and they had a large family together.
She passed away in 1903.
