Birth
Martha was born in 1844 in Hanborough, Oxfordshire.[1] She was the daughter of Charles Fletcher and Deborah Keen. She was baptised at the parish church of St Peter and St Paul on 20th October 1844.[2] Her father stated on the register that he was a labourer.
