MRS. ALEX MCKINNON BURIED AT KEYES, MANITOBA Keyes Man. Feb. 11. The funeral of Catherine Fletcher, wife of Alexander McKinnon, whose death took place at Sutherland, Sask.; Feb, 5, was held from the United church, Keyes, Man. on Feb- 9. Rev. J. Donaghy officiated.

The hymns were chosen by the aged husband, and burial took piece in Mekiwin cemetery.

Born at Lovet, Ont. in 1858. Mrs. McKinnon was married in 1874 and coming west in 1892 resided at Gladstone, and moved to Keyes in 1894 where they made their home ever since.

Seven Years ago Mr. and Mrs. McKinnon celebrated their golden ding wedding, which was made A community affair.

The beautiful flowers, that covered the casket came from Saskatoon, Sutherland, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg and Keyes. She leaves her husband, eight sons: Neil, at Keyes, Man.; Hector, at Arden Man.; John, at Russell, Man.; Malcolm and Robert, at. Heward, Sask.; Archie, at Malachi, Out. Lorne, at Detroit Mich Stanley, at Blucher, Sask.; and one daughter, Mrs. Harold Emery, at Sutherland Sask. Also one brother, Charlie at Wiarton Ont. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hector Campbell came from Paisley, Scotland, and were the first pioneers of Bruce county, Ontario. The church could not hold all and many had to stay outside

The pallbearers were six sons Archie, Lorne, Robert Malcolm, John and Stanley.
