Biography
"Find A Grave: 'Marie-Louise Fleury de la Gorgendière Duchesnay... Daughter of Louis Fleury-la-Gorgendière and Athalie Boudreault. Her paternal great-grandfather was Louis Jolliet, explorer and discoveror of the Mississipi River. Marie Louise Fleury de la Gorgendière and Antoine Louis Juchereau Duchesnay were married at Deschambault, Lower Canada, on February 11, 1793. The couple had 7 children, three sons and four daughters (3 of the girls died in childhood). Marie-Louise died of cholera at Beauport, at the age of 64." [1]
