Biography
According to the Bellechasse Historical Society, Celestin Fleury and his family were among early settlers to the area in the 1860's.
Celastin and his wife, Elisabeth (Gagne), were living in Roux, Bellechasse South, Quebec, Canada at the time of the 1871 census.
