Genealogical Interests
Communication Preferences: I am interested in communicating with cousins and anyone else with an interest in genealogy.
Here is my family tree.
I love history and am interested in helping others break down their walls. Seeing where my ancestors were from and how they lived is a fascinating project. I hope that my future family will find it equally as interesting.
If you have any updates or see any errors, please feel free to remedy the issues and email me to let me know. Thank you.

The Profile Improvement Project (PIP) is performing a check-in with project members. Please review the following and respond to let us know that you are content with your current team or if you would like to be more involved.
The Project operates in a team structure. There are currently three participant PIP Teams -- The Maintenance Category Team, the Unknowns Team, and the Biography Team. There is also the Voyage Team which guides new Voyagers. See the Profile Improvement Project Teams for a brief outline of each team.
There are currently three different Biography Teams - The Biography Team, the Abandoned Team, and the Popular Team.
You're currently identified as a member of the Biography Team. The Biography Team works on profiles from their watchlist and other profiles that interest them.
Are you happy with the Team you are on? If you are interested in working with a different Team, please let us know.
If you have not already done so, we invite you to join the email GoogleGroup and text chat Discord channel for our project. (You will need your Wiki ID for both). Neither is required; we also use the Profile_Improvement tag in G2G for Project announcements.
We thank you for all you do to help the Profile Improvement Project meet its goals. We would like to hear about the successes you’ve had and would also appreciate any feedback you have to help improve the Project. Please share your thoughts in a reply to this comment or via private message to one of us.

We are delighted to announce a new Profile Improvements Team namely the England Tangled Families Team which will be formed by merging the Arborists, Gedcoms and Unknown Teams,
As we know tangled families are created from old GEDCOM’s which cover many generations resulting in the need to merge profiles and having to disconnect others together with finding unknown spouses and family members.
The merging of the existing three teams into one exciting new team will hopefully reduce duplications and definitely will increase collaboration between you our experienced and dedicated members.
Team Leader for the England Tangled Families Team will be Fran Weidman who has agreed to manage the team bringing her excellent knowledge and experience from creating and managing the Unknowns Team together with Fran’s five year membership of the England Project.
Currently as a member of one or more of the named teams we are asking you to join our new amalgamated Tangled Families Team and letting us know by contacting Joan Williams or Malc Rowlands through Discord Messaging, England Project Google Group or Private WT Message if you want to join our new team.
Kind regards
Joan and Malc

I love being part of the bio builders team. And would like to if possible have the bio biolders challenge spreadsheet either restarted from scratch or have the new people added. I have asked for access and woukd be more than happy to keep the tallies for the challenge.
I am not a member of any other England team, but do try and help with sourcing and bio building where I see it is needed.
Thank you.
Thank you for getting back to me. I am glad you are enjoying Bio Building. A nice bio. makes a profile much more interesting. The England Project does not have a bio builders spread sheet. If you are meaning the one for the Bio Builders monthly challenge, then that is run for everyone on WikiTree. If you mean the spread sheet for their scores, there is a link at the bottom of this page. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Biography_Builders You would need to contact the organiser of that challenge if you want to help with that. If I have misunderstood you and you mean something else, let me know and I will try to help. Thank you for all you are doing. Regards Joan
The things you learn.
Sandy and I have been getting ready for take off!!! She set us up a Discord Channel so we can communicate with each other about our Project and I have been trying to recruit more people and updating our page.
I added a link to a spreadsheet that we can use to track our progress. I am also going to add a shareable one for those who want to make it a joint effort.
Here is the link to our Discord channel https://discord.gg/5yUSzTD8
Let me know if you want added to the group spreadsheet.
Blessed Be!!!

I still wanna edit it some but it’s up! I think you will be able edit it.
Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles!
It’s very important to read and understand the Help:Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.
Maureen ~ WikiTree Pre-1700 Greeter
Congratulations, you've been a WikiTree member for a month! We're glad you're here. A few tips to help you dive in even deeper: Check out Beyond the Basics of WikiTree for a guide on some of our more advanced features such as Projects, Categories, and Merging. We're very active on our social sites and we have an excellent blog where you'll find our monthly newsletter as well as tips, interviews with our members and guest posts from others in the genealogy community. And we're always looking for volunteers to assist in different ways.
As always, I'm here to help if you have any questions! Nae

How are you finding your experience on WikiTree? Hope you're enjoying our site for your genealogy. Do you have any questions about growing your family tree here ? You can always ask me or one of the greeters or at G2G .We also have our Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on.

Our Honor Code, G2G message forum, help pages, search features, and many other useful links can be accessed from the menus on the upper right corner of most pages.
VERY IMPORTANT: The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.
Our mission is to build a global tree with just one profile per person, so please try very hard not to add any duplicates to our shared tree.
Hope you enjoy WikiTree!
