Maynard Flodeen was born on January 18, 1913 in Two Harbors, Lake County, Minnesota, USA.
He married Evelyn Florence Davis on June 27, 1938 in Clark County, Missouri.
He was a member of the Eugene Masonic Lodge, number 11, AF and AM, Eugene Eagles Lodge, and Eugene Moose Lodge.
He passed away on June 14, 1992 in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA.
His obituary says he was buried in Eugene[1], however... he has a gravestone in Yachats Memorial Park in Yachats, Oregon. Perhaps the stone was moved.[2]
