Hi Tom.

I'll write this in a separate box. I googled Lady Frances Maria BERESFORD and came across Henry Flood's memoirs. They married but were without issue.

I can't put a web link here on Wikitree. Regarding William Henry FLOOD. Do you think he is from the same FLOODs this memoir / book of Henry FLOOD born Kilkenny 1732?

TITLE: Memoirs of the Life and Correspondence of the Rt. Hon. Henry FLOOD, M.P., Colonel of the IRISH VOLUNTEERS: Wherein the Eloquence, Oratory, and Talent of the Irish Senate are Displayed in the Speeches of Grattan, Charlemont, Walshe, Fitzgbbon &c.; Containing Also Amusing Anecdotes of the Irish Commons, and an Account of the Grand National Convention of 1783

Hello, I'm going around in circles! ha ha

I've got a FLOOD family tree on Wiki and so I'm interested in others too.

Regarding William Henry FLOOD. Do you think he is from the same FLOODs as in this article about Henry FLOOD born Kilkenny 1732. He was a Parliamentarian in Ireland and later in England. Great friend of Henry GRATTAN , and as the name Henry Grattan runs through this family - your family tree, you might know.

Southern Cross (Adelaide, SA : 1889 - 1954) Fri 18 May 1894 Page 5 Great Irishmen

If you use TROVE (Australia) you will be able to read the whole article from 1894. It is an Australian newspaper, from South Australia.

Cheers
