Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Do you have Royal Ancestors? Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

I received your message and believe you could provide additional info on Ronald and Frank. Please private message me if I am correct. I am always looking for primary sources though have been forced to raise privacy levels per notes on my profile dealing with the new auto connection feature.
