Esther was born in 1877 in Tasmania, the daughter of David Fogarty and Lilla Brown. [1]
In 1898 aged 20 years, she married Frederick Keeling Richardson in Launceston, Tasmania. [2]
Esther passed away in 1940 in Tasmania aged 63 years and is buried at the Forth Methodist Cemetery in Forth, Tasmania. [3]
