De Fois-1 and Foix-16 appear to represent the same person because: They both represent the Germaine de Foix who was the second wife of Ferdinand of Aragon the Catholic (she remarried twice). Her father Jean de Foix is also a duplicate. Date of birth not exactly known; different versions of date of death (1538, 18 March or 18 October. Anselme says 18 October).
