Biography

Rebecca was the daughter of Abraham Follett and Sarah Callum. She was christened on 21 Jul 1701 in Massachusetts.

(Her name is variously spelled in records as Rebeckah or Rebeccah and Folitt or Follet, Folet, etc.)

She was William Brown's second wife. The Vital Record source below notes at. p. 138: “FOLLETT Rebeckah and William Brown, both of Rehoboth, married by Rev. John Greenwood Oct. 27, 1725. Int. Oct. 2, 1725.” (Note: Int. refers to when Intention to marry was filed.)

William and Rebeckah had children: Noah Brown, Isaac Brown, and Ann Brown.

She was the administratrix of her husband's estate, per the lengthy Mayflower Descendant article below in sources. This article provides excellent information on his estate and the Brown family.
