Annis Europa Folsom was born in 1900 in Hahira, Georgia to Andrew Jackson Folsom and Della Vickers.[1] She married Joseph Frank Howell in 1916 in Lowndes County, Georgia.[2][3][4][5][6] Erie passed away in 1989 in Lowndes County, Georgia and is buried in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hahira, Georgia.[7][8]
