Biography

Charles was born in 1869. He was the son of Theophilus Fombelle and Elizabeth Magaw.

He married Elizabeth Wallace 19 Oct 1899 in New Brighton, PA. [1]

Tuesday his residence, 1802 Highland avenue, r conducted liday afternoon at 2 lock m ti-.e First Baptist church The pastor, Rev. Charles H. Heat will be in charge, interment cemetery, near Ellwood City. J'omlje le s fleam yesterday afLernoon fallowed a week of Illness with complications. He had lost nts in death on November 17, less than two months ago. H kut, Mrs. James Wilkinson of the New Castle-Ellwood road, a number of nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Eva W. Patterson, who resides at the Fombelle residence, survive. In Mr. Fombelle's demise the community loses a man of sterling character and business acumen. He was valuable member of the First Baptist Church,: i cell, and a e of ii S He was r. member of the Men's Bible class and sang with the church choir for years. Mr. Fombelle was born in North Sewickley township onNovemoer i. 1359, son of Theophllus and Eliza thru community the body is being taken for burial. For years past tne decciscd had been a member of the Fombelle Coal & Supply company. He was respected in business and had a great many friends."[2]
