Biography
Francois was born on 25 Sep 1796 and baptized on 19 Feb 1791. He is the son of Francois Fontenot (son of Phillip Fontenot and Marie Brignac) and Therese Hingle (daughter of Jacob Aigle and Marie Paquet). [1]
He married Aimee Saucier, the daughter of Simon Saucier and Emelie Chatelain, on 29 Nov 1815 in Opelousas, Louisiana. [2]
