Research Notes
Descendant of John Ford is an autosomal DNA match to a descendant of John's aunt Mary Sandwell.
Although John's age at burial (36 years b. 1794) is inconsistent with his year of baptism, his wife Mary's age (died 1851 aged 64 years b. 1787) suggests's that John's age at burial was recorded incorrectly.

Foord-59 and Ford-10678 appear to represent the same person because: John Foord who married Mary Bax was born as John Ford in 1787 at St. Peter in Thanet. Autosomal DNA match between descendant of John Ford/Foord and descendant of John's aunt Mary Offen nee Sandwell of St Peter in Thanet strongly suggest that John Ford's mother was Susanna Sandwell who married John Ford at St. Peter in Thanet.
