I think there might be a generation missing. I believe this Robert had a son named Robert born about 1635, and he is the one who died after 1680 (1689) and was the father of Honora, who married Edward Cole (my 7th great-grandparents). The Robert mentioned above who bequeaths The Strand would be the oldest Robert's grandson.
This clearly needs a lot of work, and is generating WikiTree Suggestions. I have taken the liberty of removing a duplicate paragraph to start you off, and hope that others will follow and make further step-by-step improvements - like what to do with those "=" lines.
