Myrtie Bell Ford was born in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee^[1] on the 7th of December, 1899^[2]^[1] to Washington Ford^[1] and Nancy Judd^[1].

The family bible of W.A. Ford (her father) did exist and was in the custody of W.A. Ford in Lubbock, Texas
