Biography

Marjorie was born in 1891. She married Alton P. Ridlington in May 1909 and had their first child, Grover, in December. Daughter Lillian was born in 1916. In 1920 only Lillian is with the family. Grover is living with his paternal grandparents. The next year Alton died of tuberculosis of the caecum.

The path of Marjorie's children is interesting. In 1930 they appear on the same street in Redondo Beach, California, but with a family on the next census sheet with a different house number. In 1940 they are listed with the mother.

Marjorie remarried, to Robert A. Parsons, in 1924 and lived until 1977.
