World War One 26/779 Rifleman Frederick Thomas Ford
Embarked with 4th Battalion NZ Rifle Brigade A Company on 5 February 1916 from Wellington on either "Ulimaroa", "Mokoia" or "Navua" - destination Suez, Egypt. Posted to France 7 April 1916. Wounded 19 September 1916. Returned to NZ on "Tainui" 26 April 1917. Discharged 21 August 1917.
Occupation farmer; next-of-kin given as H. T. Ford (brother), Mokauiti via Waimihi.
