Eleanor was born in 1845. She was the daughter of Frederick Forde and Ann Twemlow. her birth was registered in the Upton on Severn district of Worcestershire in the first quarter of 1845.[1] She was baptised at Great Malvern, Worcestershire on 17 January 1845.[2]
She married John Francis Bulley at St Peter's, Chester on 18 October 1871.[3]
1901 census: Kensington, London, age 56, born Malvern Hill, Worcestershire. Sons: Charles P Bulley, 23, born Hammersmith, Middlesex; John T Bulley, 19, born Wrexham, Denbighshire. Sister Caroline A Cayley and her husband and children in the same household.[4]
1911 census: Ealing, Middlesex, age 66, born Malvern, Worcesterhisre, widowed, in household of her sister Caroline A Cayley.[5]
She passed away in 1928. Her death was registered in the Brentford district of Middlesex in the third quarter of 1928.[6]
