Biography
Victor was born in 1887. He was the son of James Forder and Heloise Virginia Forder. At the age of 30 he married 26 year old Dulcie Arbuthnot on 8 October 1919 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa. His occupation was recorded as Farmer. They had four children. He passed away in 1958 at Port Shepstone, Natal, South Africa - Age: 70.
