Jesse was born about 1787. He passed away in 1872.
Jesse Fore served as a musician in Captain Gaffney's Company of the 1st Regiment of the South Carolina Militia during the War of 1812. He enlisted on 1 October 1814 and was discharged on 7 March 1815. The Bounty Land section of his pension file includes two numbers that may identify land that he was awarded for his service.[1][2]
The 1840 U.S. Census recorded a Jesse Fore in Union County, Georgia. His household consisted of six free white persons: a man and a woman age 40 to 49 (presumably these are Jesse and his wife, thought to be Nancy), two males and a female age 15 to 19, and a male age 5 to 9.[3]
The 1850 Census recorded Jesse Fore, age 63, a farmer, in Pulaski County, Kentucky, with Nancy Fore, age 62. Jesse was born in South Carolina and Nancy was born in North Carolina. Jesse reported having $500 in real estate.[4]
According to his military pension application file, he was living in Pulaski County, Kentucky, in 1851. In 1855 he was living in Union County, Georgia, where he married Sarah on 6 June 1855. She was born Sarah King and had previously been married twice, first to a Mr. Barrett and second to a Mr. Nicks. Circa 1871 and 1872 he lived in Warren County, Kentucky.[1]
Jesse Fore died on 16 July 1872 in Warren County, Kentucky, survived by his widow Sarah Fore. In 1879 Sarah Fore was living in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky.[1]

Note: The records associated with the Ancestry Family Tree linked to Foure-6 are alleged to show Jesse Fore, born in the mid-1780s, as a Union Army soldier in the Civil War (which happened in 1861-1865). That is an extraordinary claim that should not be accepted blandly. That is far more likely to be Jesse R. Fore, the son of Fore-564.
Unless there is some sort of positive evidence (an Ancestry Family Tree is not evidence) to identify the parents of Jesse Fore, the parents currently attached to Foure-6 (without sources) should not be connected to Fore-564.
