Biography

William was born in 28 March 1876 in Illinois. He was the son of James Forsyth and Elizabeth Dennison.^{[1] [2]}

He married Epsey Dockery on 30 December 1913 in Hernando, Mass. "Miss Epsey Dockery, the Bride of Captain William D. Forsyth, 5th Cavalry U.S.A. Youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs. D. M. Docerty. ^[3]

Col William Dennison Forsyth passed away on 27 May 1934. He is buried at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. ^[4]
