Most of this Fort information came from "A Family Called Fort", 1970, by Homer T. Fort and Drucilla Stovall Jones, pp 757. It has extensive information on the descendant's of Elias Fort, including Holiday. However, the author's believe John Rivers did not marry Mason ("May") but one of the sisters, and that May married William Pullen on 7/21/1791 in Sussex Co.

Elizabeth Veale reportedly died in 1594 in the Virginia Colony. Her reported son George Fort was born in 1600 in Lezant Cornwall, England after her death. This can't be right. Could someone look into this.
